We are pet friendly with breed restrictions up to 80 lbs. The pet fee is $350 per pet, and pet rent is $45/monthly per pet.

All residents are issued a decal that enables them to park on site for free.

Yes, at the end of our entrance there is a bus stop and bus that takes you to campus as long as you have a valid student ID.

On W. Tennessee Street directly across the street from Cancun’s Sports Bar.

What type of housing do you offer?

We practice individual leasing which means you must lease the apartment by the bedroom.

What do you require from your prospects?

All prospects must pass the Application Of Residency and provide either an approved Guarantor or pay the Security Deposit.

How tall are the ceilings in each unit?

The ceilings are 9 ft tall.

Does your community offer WI-FI?

Yes, the clubhouse and study lab have Wi-Fi capability.

Do you accept packages for residents?

Packages are received using package lockers that are accessible 24/7.

Are you a gated community?

Yes, we have a gate with two entrances that you must use a remote control to enter.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes. Renters insurance is a policy you can purchase to protect your personal property as the management is not responsible for replacement to tenants. West 10 does not promote any specific insurance coverage company to use. You may provide your own policy or select a policy option in your Resident Portal.
