What costs are due at move-in?

The following are due at move-in: $250 Leasing Fee and $75 Utility Setup Fee. Rent is due on the first of every month.

West 10 offers gated, open, unassigned parking at no additional charge. All residents receive a parking decal. Visitor parking is also available.
